RENTAL OVERVIEW
The rental agreement is for the entire property and grounds for the duration of your stay. This includes all sleeping rooms in the chateau (7) and the adjacent farmhouse (3), as well as access to the kitchen, swimming pool, and the shared living spaces throughout the chateau. All seven chateau rooms have their own full bathroom, while two of the three farmhouse rooms share one.
PRICING
The base rental rate is €13,500 per week, with days beyond a week pro-rated. Outside of July-August, shorter rentals are possible at a daily rate is €2250 per night.
INCLUDED SERVICES
With property rental, you get daily maid service, a property manager on-site, use of the washer-dryer, wifi, and access to Chateau-approved list of local chefs and other vendors.

CYCLING INFRASTRUCTURE
Adjacent to the chateau, the farmhouse and its courtyard provide a top-notch ride staging area. There is secure bike storage, a workshop area with a shop stand and toolset, a kitchen/prep area for ride food, restrooms, and plenty of secure space for vehicles.
RIDING OVERVIEW
The region surrounding the chateau has an almost infinite variety of terrain, with winding country lanes leading in every direction. Challenge yourself on nearby Tour de France climbs. Take an easy day on the flat Garonne River cycling route that runs right by the chateau. Or get lost in the quiet river valleys and farm country to the north. The Chateau has a spectrum of set routes, with maps, profiles, and gps files available on demand.
